Salad Buah #yummy

Dalam beberapa hari terakhir mungkin anda terlalu banyak mengkonsumsi makanan-makanan berlemak. Karena itu, cobalah selingi pola makan anda dengan memasukkan menu makan sehat yang dapat menjaga kesehatan organ-organ pada tubuh secara umum. Salad buah adalah salah satu pilihan yang harus anda coba. Cara membuat salad buah yang enak dan menggugah selera tidaklah sulit. Resep yang akan saya bagi berikut ini mempunyai kombinasi rasa manis dan asam yang sangat menyegarkan lidah. Ditambah dengan saus yang terdiri dari mayones, susu, dan keju parut yang membuat rasanya semakin kaya.








 

Bahan Dan Langkah Membuat Salad Buah

Bahan Utama:

• Buah apel, kupas dan potong-potong dadu 200 gr
• Buah anggur, belah 2 dan buang bijinya 200 gr
• Buah mangga arumanis, kupas dan potong-potong dadu 200 gr
• Buah stroberi, belah menjadi 2 atau 4 bagian 200 gr
• Selada, potong-potong 200 gr

Bahan Saus:

• Mayones botol 150 ml
• Keju cheddar parut 2 sdm
• Susu kental manis 2 sdm (cokelat)
• Air jeruk nipis 1 sdm
• Kulit jeruk nipis parut 1/2 sdt

Cara Membuat:

• Masukkan semua bahan utama dalam kulkas hingga dingin
• Campurkan dan aduk rata semua bahan saus kecuali keju parutnya
• Aduk rata semua bahan utama (apel, anggur, mangga, stroberi, dan selada)
• Taburkan keju parut diatasnya (jika suka)
• Siramkan saus salad secara merata
• Salad buah siap disajikan

Kebiasaan Tidur

Gue mau tanya kebiasaan kalian kalau tidur malam jam berapa?

Kalau Gue sih kalau tidur kebiasaan jam 12+ malam :(
kalau kurang dari jam itu berarti gue tidurnya terpaksa atau karena kecapekan banget !!! :D =D

Curhat Sedikit (Ramadhan) aseekk!! :P

hey..hey guys, mau cerita nih!
Ramadhan kemarin ada yang istimewa pada diri gue :)
Selain berpuasa PENUH (FULL) seharian, gue juga baru pertama kali menjadi Remaja Masjid di sekomplek rumah  =D
Seru sekali apalagi pada saat kegiatan Remaja Masjidnya:
1. Pada tanggal 29-30 Juli 2013 kegiatan pondok Ramadhan untuk kelas 2 SD-2 SMP (gue menjadi pembimbing bagi mereka) ;)
2. Pada tanggal 04 Agustus 2013 kegiatan berbagi takjil antar sesama

Meskipun cuma 2 kegiatan tapi seru banget dan tak kan terlupakan dalam hidup gue (y)
